Idealia is an experienced consulting and marketing team offering 360 marketing and business consulting services. Idealia provides its clients with effective business solutions, selects financing sources, obtains grants, prepares documents, and implements financial plans. It is also an experienced partner in building marketing strategies and activities in Social Media.
Client’s aim
The client’s objective was to attract business partners interested in receiving grants from the EU Smart Growth Operational Programme. Within the framework of this project Polish companies can receive additional funds for research and development works for innovative technologies. Our client wanted to gain leads in the production sector, from any company operating in a medium or high-tech industry. The prerequisite was a stable financial situation of the company and its well-established position on the market. The client wanted to reach out to decision-makers in large companies: managers and directors of product development departments, COOs. In smaller companies, the preferred contact persons were presidents, vice-presidents, and CEOs.
Our solution
We helped our client to define the profile of the ideal client. In the next step, our team built a dedicated database of companies that met the indicated criteria. Based on the knowledge and experience of our team and innovative technology we designed a three-phase campaign based on cold mailing. We helped our client to reach companies potentially interested in raising funds for research and development projects. We performed a thorough market analysis and personalized the messages in order to respond to as many needs of the people specified as the target as possible.
Results
We helped our client to better understand the niche he wants to reach with its offer. This tactic made Idealia’s communication more personalized and more effective in attracting potential customers’ attention. The developed strategy translated into new business contacts and an influx of companies determined to start cooperation with our client. Thanks to the messages created by us, the client obtained a five-fold return on investment just one month after the campaign. At the moment we are already implementing 3 joint projects with Idealia.
