SentiOne is a company offering a tool for Internet monitoring and customer service automation. The product allows you to observe and respond quickly to company information on the web and social media and is available in 33 languages.
Need
The aim of the campaign was to attract new customers for SentiOne. In order to reach the right companies, we matched 12 industries, chose the locations of the USA, Canada and Great Britain. We also took into account the size of the companies and their turnover: medium and large enterprises. The persons to whom the announcement was addressed were mainly managers and directors in marketing positions.
Our solution
In the first steps we decided to get to know SentiOne and its needs in order to be able to match a specific target group meeting the customer’s requirements. On this basis we were able to move on to further activities, so we started to build a database of potential consumers by means of a cold mailing campaign. We also took actions related to writing the content of the message, including a description of the offered SentiOne product.
Results
Thanks to the cold mailing campaign we created, we were able to reach the right decision makers, so we were also able to help SentiOne get valuable sales leads.
