LeasingTeam is a recruitment agency dealing with hiring temporary workers both from Poland and abroad, such as Belarus, Nepal or India, with the possibility to adjust the offer to customer needs. Distance is not an obstacle for them, they also offer transport of employees from places located even 70 km away from the plant.

The aim of the project was to expand LeasingTeam’s customer base through a cold mailing campaign. The industry has been adjusted to meet the company’s expectations as to the target group they want to reach with the service. Contact persons were to take positions of HR Director, Production Director, CEO in medium and large companies located in Poland.

We designed Cold Email campaigns in a standard model.nnWithin the framework of the campaign, individual stages of work were carried out: getting to know the needs and market research, creating an analysis, generating a cold mailing base, preparing personalized content and sending the project. While carrying out the activities, we took into account additional customer criteria, which were important due to the nature of the business.

We helped LeasingTeam to reach out to specific companies and individuals, thanks to which we disseminated information about the service on the market. In addition, we achieved a high response rate and business contacts.
