HRnest developed the Urlopek system, thanks to which it is possible to efficiently manage vacation requests and plans effectively. Urlopek also enables the generation of reports, improves and accelerates communication processes within the company.

Client’s aim

Due to the specificity of the product, our client was planning to reach companies with more than 50 employees. These companies could not be too small, because the application would not become useful for them. The main goal was to reach managers of HR departments, as they know best how to use the Urlopek application in the most effective way.

Our solution

On the basis of a comprehensive market analysis, we created a database of potential companies corresponding to the profile created together with the client. We designed a campaign based on the cold mailing method. We included personalized messages in a series of 4 emails, in which we referred to key problems related to vacation management and vacation calendar planning.

Results

Thanks to a well-designed campaign, we managed to achieve a high response rate. We helped our client to gain valuable leads that converted into valuable sales contacts.
