Terian offers FaciliTime™ Service to help companies manage their field workforce. The application allows you to get all the information about an order, maintain constant contact with the headquarters, obtain information about the materials and the equipment used during the order, update the actual state of resources, create reports and much more. 

Need

The client wanted to reach small and medium-size service and gardening companies, taking into account the specific nature of the business. The main area was the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, but we also expanded the target to include neighbouring Voivodeships in order to achieve better results. Decision-makers: CEO, COO, Director/Manager of the Service.

Our solution

Based on our experience and using appropriate tools, we have created a campaign based on the cold mail method. We took into account all the criteria and prepared a message in the form of e-mails tailored to the group of recipients.
