Suncode is a Polish company providing and implementing modern IT systems for the management of electronic documents and business processes in the company and providing consulting services in this area. SunCode has been operating on the market since 2007. In its portfolio, there are hundreds of projects implemented in large companies in Poland and abroad. The company has large business expertise which it shares both in business and in the scientific community.
Client’s aim
Our client was planning to expand the sales of products to new industries. The aim of the campaign was to reach decision-makers in the FMCG sector or related manufacturing and heavy industry companies. Additional factors such as the number of employees or region also played an important role in the campaign. We targeted in particular multi-departmental organizations, where complex management systems would be an advantageous solution.
Our solution
We performed a comprehensive market analysis in the production industry as indicated by the client. On this basis, we created a database of potential companies to which we addressed the campaign. We prepared personalized messages to CFOs, CEOs, and IT managers, also according to the client’s will.
Results
We helped our client to reach the industry to which he intended to target his new marketing activities. Thanks to the valuable leads we generated, the Suncode team established new business contacts and reached with their product the companies in the desired industries.
