Sobiesław Zasada Automotive has been operating since 2010 and is an authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Subaru, Fuso and Unimog brands with branches in 9 Polish cities. The company has won the Mercedes-Benz Dealer of the Year title many times in various categories, and the Ambassador who has been testing selected Mercedes-Benz models for several years is Andrzej Bargiel – a three-time Polish champion in ski-alpinism, world champion in Elbrus running and extreme sports enthusiasts.
Need
The client wanted the campaign to be targeted at companies that need to transport goods through delivery vans of up to 5.5 tonnes. For this purpose, we used the choice of industries by indicating a specific Polish Classification of Economic Activities (PKD) The announcement was addressed to fleet owners, transport managers, financial/operational directors and presidents working in small and medium enterprises located in 4 selected Voivodships. In order to specify the results of our activities, we added an additional criterion: multi-branch companies operating throughout Poland.
Our solution
To create a personalized cold mailing campaign we had to start by getting the necessary information that helped us to create a database of contacts and content. The messages we prepared were designed to interest a group of recipients and encourage them to use the service offered. As usual, the last stage of the project was sending the prepared messages.
Results
We have made every effort to ensure that the campaign achieves the best possible results based on our tools and experience. The result of the activities was the acquisition of valuable contacts for the company Sobiesław Zasada Automotive.
