Since 1960, Randstad has been supporting people and companies in the area of human resources, consulting and temporary work. It operates globally and have 120 offices in Poland. In order to facilitate the work of customers and eliminate the risk of error, the company provides solutions that ensure precise calculation of employees’ salaries. 

Need

The campaign was aimed at reaching out to limited liability companies and companies with foreign capital. The size of the companies was chosen in terms of employment and appropriate decision-makers: CEO, General Director, COO and HR Director. The client decided to operate in six Voivodships: Mazowieckie, Wielkopolskie, Śląskie, Łódzkie, Pomorskie and Małopolskie. 

Our solution

For Randstad we have implemented a campaign based on the Cold Mail method. The project included a detailed analysis of the market and customer profile. In further stages of work, the team focused on generating contacts taking into account the needs of the customer included in the fair. Our Copywriters were responsible for preparing personalized content, which in the final stage reached the target group.

Results

The campaign ended with obtaining high results, thanks to which we broadened the awareness of the recipients of the existing service of Randstad company and gained valuable business contacts.
