PushPushGo is an automatic tool for building brand awareness by means of web push notifications that are automatically sent to the users of a given website. The web application encourages users to shop and return to the site—it “keeps an eye on” those who do not return regularly or have not completed their shopping. It selects groups of recipients based on their interests and creates attractive messages for each of these groups. It is a helpful tool especially in the e-commerce industry where the problem of an abandoned shopping cart affects many companies.

Client’s aim

The aim of the campaign was to reach out to online sales companies in Poland. As part of the project, relevant industries and additional criteria were selected, namely those of key importance for the e-commerce industry. An important element of the campaign was the decision-maker. We wanted it to be a person responsible of the purchasing processes on the website.

Our solution

We designed a two-phase cold mailing campaign precisely tailored to the needs specified by the client. We selected stores meeting the relevant criteria for the client: conducting online sales in Poland, those whose products fit within the target specified at the start. A well-chosen communication strategy brought the expected results.

Results

Thanks to the cold email campaign we provided PushPushGo with sales leads to the leading representatives of the sought-after industry. We helped our client to better understand the specific needs of the companies he wanted to reach. The positive response rate indicator was at 8.2%. After the campaign, the client decided to enter new markets.
