Polskie ePłatności (literal translation: Polish ePayments) provides payment processing solutions for business customers. The company is one of the largest card payment processors on the Polish market. It has an extensive offer, which includes: payments for bills and contactless payment, mobile phone top-ups, cashback, DCC – payment in the currency of the card, self-service terminals. 

Need

The campaign supplemented the analysis of the customer profile, which was a reference to the customer’s needs. While preparing the database we focused on small and medium enterprises located in Poland. The contact persons were the owners. The target was supplemented with relevant industries that the client wanted to reach and additional criteria. 

Our solution

We have prepared a Cold Mailing campaign for Polskie ePłatności. The project was based on the information obtained during discussions on customer needs and market analysis. The next step was to generate a database by our Lead Developers team and prepare personalized content that reached the target group. 

Results
