NaviExpert provides fleet management and telematics for companies. Creator of car and operator navigation, NaviExpert Telematics services, video recorder and warning device called Rysiek, as well as FindPark car park search engines and InsurTech solutions. NaviExpert-patented technology is used by companies such as Link4, Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile.

Need

The most important criterion in the project was to reach companies located in Poland with 10 to 200 passenger vehicles. Due to its activity, the customer base consisted of decision-makers in positions dealing with the fleet, administration, finances or the owner. 

Our solution

In order for the campaign to be effective, we based our actions on the cold mailing method and performed a number of necessary activities: analysis of the company profile and behavioral analysis of the decision-maker, preparation of the contact database, writing personalized content and shipping.
