mBank is one of the strongest and fastest growing financial brands, which became the first fully online bank in Poland. The company’s offer is addressed both to individual customers and entrepreneurs.
Need
mBank wanted to reach medium and large enterprises located in Poland in order to propose the “Corporate bill for 2 hearts” offer supporting the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity campaign. The people we contacted via e-mails were: CEO, COO, CFO, Chief Accountant.
Our solution
Due to the nature of the needs, our activities had to be carried out in a timely manner. After familiarising ourselves with the information on the customer profile, work on the database started using the cold mail method. Messages related to the product and the action were prepared.
Results
The campaign allowed the client to reach a group of recipients and inform about a special product. Thus, we helped the company to gain valuable leads and contribute to the promotion of the good.
