InStream in Action: Our Commitment to Zupa Wolności (Freedom Soup)

At InStream, we believe that every initiative matters, and helping those in need is a key element of our social mission. That is why we joined the Zupa Wolności initiative with great joy and commitment. The organization has been operating since 2017 and supports people in the crisis of homelessness and those in a difficult situation.

Sunday meetings full of warmth and support

The Zupa Wolności (Freedom Soup) is not just a meal but above all – a meeting. Every Sunday at 5:30 p.m. a group of volunteers meet at the Poznań Summer Station to hand out soup, sandwiches, cake, and other snacks. No one judges who can use the help. People experiencing homelessness, the elderly, travelers, and the volunteers themselves can count on a meal and a conversation.

How did we help?

Our team took part in the event on Sunday, June 22. We prepared about 160 sandwiches and a treat in the form of sweet croissants, which we distributed in the afternoon together with the Zupa Wolności team at the Summer Station. The atmosphere during the event was incredibly warm and full of empathy, which further strengthened our belief in the value of such activities.
