Find out what your job will look like.
What is our typical working day like?
We come to work and clock in between 6 and 9 a.m. it is on the basis of the working time register that we are paid. With coffee or tea on our desks, we move on to generate the so-called leads. This means that we look on the Internet for people at decision-making positions and relevant companies in the target group of a given campaign—a good proof of the theory that you can make contact with every person in the world ;). From time to time we have team meetings (“standings”), where we discuss emerging problems or doubts, as well as the campaigns recently carried out: this is a great opportunity for us to share our insights and ideas. The standing moderators are Junior Team Leaders. Around noon, most of us take a break—a walk, lunch or both :). You choose the optimal break time for yourself—you have an hour of break every day included in your paid time :). After the break, full of energy, we continue to create or verify the databases for the campaign. We have all the appropriate tools for this purpose, so don’t be afraid that you won’t be able to cope—it’s really easy! When the company gets hectic and there is a beautiful smell from the kitchen, we go to dinner. The rest of the day is marked by the completion of planned tasks, and if you like working with music on—that’s great, some of us too, so no one will be disturbed by your headphones. The last thing you need to do before you leave is to clock-out in the working time register.
What does our team look like?
We are a team of 15 smiling people who are waiting for some fresh blood :). Each of us belongs to one of four teams headed by a Junior Team Leader. The coordination of the whole department is the responsibility of the Team Manager and the Project Department Manager. We are students ourselves, so we will certainly not run out of topics to talk about!
