Todis Consulting is an independent consulting company offering comprehensive IT and organizational solutions, present on the Polish market since 2005. It is the only company in Poland to distribute Maconomy system used for project management, finance and resource planning of service sector companies. Todis is a partner of Epicor Software Poland, one of the largest ERP system vendors in the world. It provides comprehensive services related to the implementation and maintenance of iScala and Microsoft CRM systems.

Need

The aim of the campaign was to increase sales of ERP systems and other solutions supporting business management. Our client wanted to reach with the product to large and medium companies from all over Poland, which deal with the production of machinery, plastics and metals. Preferred contact persons are decision-makers: presidents, managing and operational directors, production managers, IT managers.

Our solution

We have performed a comprehensive analysis of the company’s objectives, its organization and current sales processes. We started by getting to know our client and his environment in order to provide the fullest possible response to his needs. We created a campaign based on cold emails, taking into account the specificity of the target and its characteristic difficulties. In a series of 4 e-mails we referred to this data in order to personalize the message as much as possible.

Results

Thanks to the customer-oriented strategy, a response rate of x% was achieved. Thanks to our campaign, Todis has gained valuable sales leads in the plastics and machinery industry, with which the sales department has continued to communicate.
