Sage has more than tens of thousands of clients and departments in 7 cities in Poland. The Polish unit of Sage is part of a global organization recognized as one of the largest IT providers in the world.
The goal of the campaign was to establish relationships with decision-makers, responsible for finance in companies from the Enterprise sector. In connection with the upcoming changes of Split Payments for 2018, Sage prepared market support in the field of consulting and advisory services. It was important to select companies with specific business potential, basing on the industry and size of companies, including revenue.
We carried out a comprehensive analysis of the company’s offer to obtain a high frequency in building relations. We created a campaign based on cold emails, taking into account the specifics of the target and the fact that its goal is to invite to a meeting, not a commercial character. In a series of 4 emails we referred to key problems related to changes to best personalize the messages.
Thanks to our campaign, Sage obtained valuable sales contacts and run a successful campaign focused on building relationships in the selected sector.
