Sage is and for many years has been one of the leading manufacturers of ERP systems in Poland. The company provides both small and medium-sized companies with comprehensive ERP solutions and Symfonia financial software. Sage has over tens of thousands of customers in Poland and branches in 7 cities. The Polish branch of Sage is a part of a global organization recognized as one of the largest IT suppliers in the world.
The aim of the campaign was to establish business relations with key people working in companies in the finance sector. In view of the changes in Split Payments that were approaching in 2018, Sage prepared support for the market in terms of consulting and consultancy. The key here was to select companies with specific business potential based on the industry and size of companies, including the company’s turnover.
We performed a comprehensive analysis of the company’s offer, so as to obtain a large turnout in the relations being built. We created a campaign based on cold emails, taking into account the specificity of the target and the fact that the purpose of the campaign was to invite you to a meeting. The campaign was not a commercial one. In a series of 4 emails we referred to the key problems associated with the changes to best personalize the message.
Thanks to our campaign, Sage gained valuable sales contacts and conducted a successful campaign focused on building relationships in the selected sector.
