Need
The objective of our collaboration with Promet Stal was to reach a specific recipient group and capture B2B leads in line with the agreed target criteria.
Our Solution
After initial discussions with Promet Stal, a profile of the ideal customer was created, taking into account our partner’s needs and objectives. In response, we prepared an outreach strategy and a method for selecting a targeted group. As a result, a customised contact database was created. The target group included both selected criteria, e.g. locations, decision-makers, industries, as well as more in-depth information provided by the company profile analysis and behavioural analysis of the decision-maker. In further stages of the cold e-mail campaign, we verified the contact database together with the client, and then we focused on preparing professional content and sending messages to potential customers. The entire process of generating B2B leads for Promet Stal was supervised by a dedicated Project Manager.
Result
As a result of the lead generation campaign, we captured many hot leads, i.e. people interested in the services provided by Promet Stal. The positive response rate was as high as 18.2%! Intelligent adjustment of the recipient group to the type of business and the client’s needs, as well as the message focusing on real willingness to help in a given area, contributed to the success of the campaign. Thanks to the system of work created, our client was able to respond immediately to the recipients’ interest, without having to concentrate on leads with a low chance of sale.
