The company’s customers can choose the rental period and types, as well as additional products that meet their requirements. Consumers are also provided with a professional 24-hour service and the possibility to choose an individual package of insurance services. Need

The aim of the campaign was to increase the number of companies that would be offered a vehicle rental service. The aim of our client was to reach out to transport and production companies with their own medium- and high-employed trucks. The chosen contact persons were fleet managers, presidents and people responsible for finances. 

Our solution

After getting acquainted with the client’s needs, we designed cyclical Cold Email campaigns in a standard model. Thanks to the information we obtained, we were able to adjust the criteria to the expectations of our client. We made sure that our message sent in a series of 4 e-mails was as individual as possible.

Results

A well-established database has led us to achieve our goal. We achieved a high response rate and the sales leads were transformed into a valuable business relationship.

We have implemented 2 cold mailing campaigns for PEMA, and this does not end our cooperation.
