NNTC is an IT and software solutions provider. They offer custom solutions to their clients, such as digital transformation, facial recognition and video analytics. The company also specialises in VR, AR, IoT, and drones. The company is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, while products and services are offered globally.

Client’s aim

Our common goal was to attract potential customers in line with a specific target audience for a selected NNTC product.  Due to the area specified in the client’s aim, the cold mail campaign was implemented abroad.

Our solution

At the outset, we took care to familiarise ourselves with the client’s business, product and target audience. This action allowed us to look at the process from the perspective of both our company and NNTC company. As a result, we created the profile of an ideal recipient and in the next stage focused on lead generation. A contact database was prepared in line with the target. Messages were sent. They were written in accordance with the Client’s aim. The content was tailored to respond to the recipients’ needs and encourage them to talk about the product/service. During the campaign, a dedicated Project Manager controlled and ensured the optimisation of the campaign, messages and recipient group on an ongoing basis, which translated into the highest quality of the acquired leads.

Results

Adequately selected messages and accurate matching of the appropriate NNTC recipient group made it possible to achieve above-average results. The lead generation campaign brought the client dozens of companies willing to start cooperation.
