MOYA is a chain of petrol stations owned by Anwim, a company operating in the fuel sector since 1992. A leader and one of the largest independent companies in its sector. It deals with wholesale and distribution of fuels on the territory of Poland.

The client approached us with a need to reach a specific recipient group in order to attract new B2B consumers who would be interested in cooperating with the MOYA petrol station chain.

Our Solution

To begin with, we always conduct a detailed analysis. This helps us fully understand the Customer’s business and its objectives. In further stages of this campaign, we also created a profile of the ideal recipient so that we could deliver leads from the defined target. We manually generated contacts with whom, after verification, we got in touch. Hot Leads, i.e. people who showed interest in the offer, were passed on to our Client as part of the further sales process.

Result

The campaign was conducted in the Cold Email model, we managed to contact relevant people who showed interest in the Client’s offer. The final result oscillated at 4.9% of positive responses received.
