Gamfi is a “gamification” platform for setting goals, building engagement, feedbacking, and rewarding. Thanks to the use of ready-made engagement schemes, it takes the users into creative narratives to achieve spectacular engagement and business results. Gamfi platform can be used to increase sales rates, educate employees, improve their mood and productivity, implement changes in the organization, and build customer loyalty.

Client’s aim

The aim of the campaign was to gain new business contacts and increase sales. Our client wanted to reach people responsible for Human Resources in companies operating on the Polish market in the following sectors: finance and banking, insurance, call center, FMCG sector, retail, energy, and manufacturing. Additional selection criteria that we used were: sales departments with more than 50 employees, companies with high staff turnover, companies currently undergoing digital transformation, or organizational culture change. The desired size of the companies in terms of orders is 50—1000+ employees.

Our solution

As in every project, we carefully analyzed Gamfi’s work organization and goals. Based on our client’s development vision we precisely defined the target and selected the most suitable companies. Then we generated a contact database of contacts for decision-makers. Based on our knowledge and experience we created a personalized campaign with the cold email method at its core. A well-chosen email strategy brought the expected results.
