Client’s profile

Filmpoint is a team of creative people who deal with video marketing. It supports marketing agencies that outsource video projects. Filmpoint’s rich portfolio includes projects completed, among others, for: OLX (polish online marketplace), Oriflame, WSiP (the biggest textbook publisher in Poland) or Pyrkon. Filmpoint’s offer includes promotional films, brand visualizations, animations, TV spots, event graphics, and music videos.

Client’s aim

The aim of the campaign was to find partners from large companies and marketing agencies, specializing in digital and interactive marketing and ATL & BTL advertising strategies. The campaign was to be addressed to companies from the largest cities in Poland with a minimum turnover of 3 million PLN.

Our solution

Based on the criteria developed together with the client, we performed a comprehensive market analysis and designed a cold mailing campaign, taking into account the specificity of the target. The campaign consisting of 4 emails was addressed to people responsible for customer acquisition, marketing managers, and sales directors. On the basis of the created analysis, we developed the content of the messages so as to best meet the needs of the people specified as the target.

Results

We helped our client to establish contacts with decision-makers which led to deeper business relationships. We always try to ensure that the strategy we choose brings the expected results in the form of valuable leads. In this case, particularly good response rates convinced Filmpoint to carry out further campaigns with us.
