Evotec is a Polish company operating since 2012, dealing with the creation of covers for industrial robots and welding guns, grippers, paint spray guns and various types of wires. Protective covers are divided into 6 product lines due to their application. They were created to protect against harmful effects of the working environment and to save on maintenance and servicing of machines.
Need
The aim of the campaign was to reach companies operating according to the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD): 24,25,29, 34.30 A and 23.19 Z. Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary are the target countries. At the client’s request, we excluded the Nordrhein-Westfalen area. The persons to whom the message was addressed were: Managing Director, Operational Director, Purchasing Director, Head of the Automation Department and people in technical positions. The analysis was also supplemented by additional customer requirements.
Our solution
We designed Cold Email campaigns in a standard model.
It all started with conversations with the customer, we wanted to know more about his business and needs. We then identified ourselves in the market to create the right segments for generating contacts and began to create personalized content. The final action was to sent this content to potential customers.
Results
We delivered the message to the desired group of recipients, paying attention to potential problems occurring within the scope of the business activity and possibilities of solving them. The result of the project was the acquisition of valuable business contacts for Evotec.
