Employer Poland provides legal services to companies that have decided to employ foreigners or recruit employees to work in Poland and abroad. Within the scope of its activity, the company offers a number of useful services from cost optimization during employment, a fast process of obtaining required certificates to consulting and training. 

Need

The aim of the campaign was to reach the right people with the right specializations. We wanted the message to be addressed to people responsible for recruitment in the company, e.g. HR Manager. From among many industries we chose 8, which in our opinion had the greatest potential of interest in the area of client’s activity. The location included the following voivodeships in Poland: Małopolska, Mazowieckie, Wielkopolskie, Dolnośląskie and Śląskie. 

Our solution

The campaign was carried out using the cold mail method. We divided the project into criteria that were taken into account in the first place, which the client cared the most about and other determinants. A database of contacts created by a team of lead developers made it possible to send personalized content that reached a selected target group.

Results

The project helped our client to reach the desired companies and provided valuable sales leads, which enabled Employer Poland to communicate with the recipients of the target group.
