Emlab is a Polish interactive agency belonging to S/F Group, specializing in event marketing. Since 2005 it has organized several hundred events related to the B2B and B2C industry. It has a team of creative and experienced event managers, who help to use events to conduct effective marketing communication that meets Emlab customers’ needs.

Client’s aim

Our client planned to reach out to brand and marketing managers to offer support in creating a brand image strategy using events. The aim of the campaign was to reach companies that face problems of image building and find it hard to attract people to the events they organize.

Our solution

Based on our analysis of the client’s offer, we built a database of potential companies to which we addressed the campaign. In a series of 4 emails, we addressed the key problems related to conducting effective marketing communication, proposing solutions offered by the Emlab agency.

Results

We conducted a successful campaign based on the cold mailing method. Thanks to the database created by us, we reached the right decision-makers. We achieved a high response rate, our client gained valuable leads and established new business relations.
