Element App is a system that facilitates the recruitment process for new employees. It provides support and automation from making an offer, through candidate selection, sending return emails, to selecting the right employee. In a simple and intuitive way, we can carry out the entire recruitment process ourselves.

Client’s aim

The aim of the campaign was to reach companies which do not have automated recruitment processes and those which allocate a very large budget to their recruitment processes. Our message was targeted at CEOs, General Managers, Managing Directors and Recruitment Directors across the country.

Our solution

For the Element App campaign, we used the Cold Mailing method. We created a behavioural profile of the potential customer to best understand their needs and expectations. Based on this, we created effective messages adapted to the recipient group.

Results

We received a high response rate to our campaign, thanks to the personalised messages. As a result, we acquired valuable contacts for the ElementApp focused on long-term cooperation.
