Customer profile

The Devire company has been specializing in recruitment, executive search, outsourcing and employer branding in selected sectors of activity for 30 years under the motto: finding people who click. They have offices located both in Poland and abroad. 

Need

The client wanted to reach medium and large companies specializing in the following industries: IT, pharmacy, FMCG, SSC/BPO, retail. The message was addressed to decision-makers in positions of responsibility: HR Manager/Director – in smaller companies, Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and Employer Branding Manager. The companies were to be located in two voivodships in Poland: Mazowieckie and Łódzkie. Additional criteria required by the client were taken into account

Our solution

After a thorough analysis of the market and gathering relevant information, we created a database of contacts using the method of cold mailing in the standard model. The campaign contained all the required criteria. One of the steps taken within the framework of cooperation was to prepare personalized messages and deliver them to the recipients from the database. 

Results

The project has ended and the goal has been achieved. We reached the target group with the message, which showed a high response rate. To sum up, our actions provided Devire with more than one valuable sales lead.
