ClickMeeting is a platform whose main mission is to help effective learning, collaboration and online meetings. It is a complete webinar tool working with education, business and non-profit organisations.

Client’s aim

The main goal was to reach companies, which have numerous daily online meetings, use the sharing of materials and interact with each other.

Our solution

After a thorough analysis of our client’s needs, we created a Cold Mailing campaign. We prepared the target group and the behavioural profile of the potential customer. In the next stage, we created dedicated content responding to the main problem of our recipient group, which is the lack of time for face-to-face meetings and the desire to share knowledge with a wider group. The automated dispatch was directed to the most senior people responsible for sales, marketing and company development.

Results

We created a lead generation campaign that provided ClickMeeting with contact details to persons interested in long-term cooperation. This increased the number of users of the platform.
