Aforti Collections conducts debt collection activities throughout Poland. It owes its effectiveness to the use of the latest information technology. Its services are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.

Client’s aim

The main aim of our client was to reach small and medium enterprises which struggle with financial liquidity problems: companies which are forced to suspend their investments and stop their development.

Our solution

We carried out a B2B lead generation campaign using Cold Mailing. Based on our client’s needs, we created a target and a behavioural profile of a potential client. Then, we prepared dedicated content, adjusting it to the profiles of potential customers. We carried out an automated dispatch of messages. The entire lead generation process was supervised by our Project Manager, who continuously monitored the progress of the campaign.

Results

Thanks to adjusting the campaign to the needs of the client, the industry and the market, we acquired so-called Hot Leads – contacts interested in long-term cooperation with Aforti Collections.
