AboutAd is a marketing agency that aims to promote brands to be the best of the best. They offer social networking, branding, web design and marketing communication strategies. The company has a wide range of experts and professional tools, thanks to which the creation and implementation are of high quality.

Need

Through cold mailing activities, the client wanted to attract customers from specific industries, who would be interested in using the services offered. The target group was to include companies with 11-1000 and bigger employment volumes or a specific range of turnover. The activity had to be conducted in Poland. Contact persons were: Marketing/Brand Manager/Director, Sales Manager/Director, CEO, Purchasing Manager/Director.

Our solution

The campaign was implemented using the Cold Email method in a standard model. Based on our experience, we have created an appropriate database of potential customers to whom the messages were sent. The created title of the message encouraged to read the content, and the message was clear and conveyed in an interesting way the most important information.

Results

The goal of the campaign was achieved, we reached a wide target group and the response rate was high. The positive effect was to get valuable business contacts for AboutAd.
